About Ceres · Est. 2026 · Dubai
A firm for the humans and the systems that carry them.
A Dubai consultancy treating people and operations as one coherent problem. Soft skills, AI & automation, and business growth - under one roof, by design.

Origin
Why we started.

We'd spent years watching good organisations spend real money on consultancy engagements that addressed half the problem. Training programmes without the operational change to make them stick. AI initiatives without the human capability to own what shipped. Strategy documents that didn't survive contact with the operators expected to execute them.
Ceres exists to do the opposite. We take the whole problem - people, systems, and the growth those two make possible - and treat it as one coherent discipline. Because it always was one coherent discipline; the industry just pretended it wasn't.
Practice principles
Five commitments. No rituals.
Consultancy earns out, or it doesn't count.
Every engagement ships with measurable outcomes agreed before day one. If we're not moving the number, we're not doing our job.
People and systems, one discipline.
Soft skills without intelligent systems is theatre. AI without developed operators is a liability. We work on both, on purpose.
We do the work ourselves.
No subcontracting, no junior dispatch. The people you hire are the people running your engagement, in the room with you.
The deck is the consequence, not the deliverable.
Documents document what shipped. The work is the change in the operation, not the artefact about it.
Work alongside, then exit.
The best firms leave their clients stronger and less dependent. We aim to make ourselves gradually unnecessary.
Who's behind it
Founded by Mohammad Firikh, with Mohamad Omran as founding partner - two operators who'd worked the people and the practice sides of consulting separately for years and decided the work was better done together. Mohammad leads soft skills and growth; Mohamed leads practice and operations. The next seats - soft skills lead, AI strategist, growth partner, regional advisor - are being staffed deliberately, against the shape of the work coming in.
