Mohammad founded Ceres on a single conviction: that soft-skill development and people growth deserve the same operational rigour as anything else a consulting firm ships. He leads cohort and 1:1 leadership programmes across the GCC and Levant, focused on translating senior intent into team capability that actually outlasts the engagement - and sets the operating bar for everything else the practice does.

Mohamed joined as founding partner to take the rest of the problem - systems, AI, and the operational shape of every engagement - and put it under the same roof as the people work. He shapes how the practice runs day to day, from the first conversation to the operating handover at the end. His focus is the messy middle between people development and systems change, where most consultancies stop and most clients need them most.
