How an engagement is shaped.

Every engagement is bespoke, but the rough shape is consistent. Use this to picture the commitment before we talk.

Duration
6–12 weeks per cohort, with optional 3-month reinforcement.
Format
Cohort workshops + 1:1 coaching, on-site or hybrid.

Weekly live sessions and async practice between meetings.

How we run it

Four stages.
Each one ships something.

Every engagement runs the same four stages. The names change per pillar; the discipline doesn't. By the end of each stage there is a concrete output you and your team can review.

  1. STAGE 01

    Discover

    Map the capability gap before anything is designed. Stakeholder interviews, behaviour observation, a baseline you can measure against later.

  2. STAGE 02

    Design

    Build the curriculum around your people, not a template. Outcome-led, mapped to the skills you actually need shifted.

  3. STAGE 03

    Cohort

    Workshops and 1:1 coaching in parallel. Practice between sessions, real cases not hypotheticals.

  4. STAGE 04

    Embed

    Reinforce for 90 days after delivery. The skills survive contact with the day job, or the work was wrong.
